In 2005, the Boddie family built Nathan Hall adjacent to the landmark Rose Hill Manor House and named it after Boddie-Noell ancestor and Rose Hill founder Nathan Boddie.
Utilizing special artisans and craftsmen in its construction, the Nathan Hall dining and event space was designed to provide the same richly furnished, historic look of the Manor House with all the 21st-century comfort and convenience you could want.
Nathan Hall features the latest in audiovisual and media capability, including Wi-Fi service and a 16-foot jumbo screen, making it into a fully-functional conference room or meeting space. We’ve found that being surrounded by history and beautiful scenery can inspire innovative thinking like nothing else can, making Rose Hill the perfect place to take your team and get some serious work done.
Nearly 5,000-square-feet in size, Nathan Hall includes large windows, a dramatic fireplace mantle, and 18-foot tray ceilings. Nathan Hall is perfect for almost any corporate event — from an elegant banquet to corporate parties, meetings, team building activities, and more. We can turn any event into something truly memorable and special.
Nathan Hall also features a 20 by 29-foot dance floor which can be converted for other uses. The Nathan Hall dining area is 53 by 86 feet and can accommodate up to 245 plated guests with the dance floor still available. For private and corporate events not requiring a dance floor, you can seat up to 275 guests for a plated meal.
Rose Hill is close to Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill’s triangle region in Eastern North Carolina. We’re less than an hour from Raleigh and only an hour and a half from Durham and Chapel Hill.
